During his studies, he also served as an Admissions Representative at Harvard Business School. Before joining HBS, Max was a scholar from Bain & Company and was admitted to HBS with a GMAT of 760 (top 1% in the world).

At Bain & Company, Max was pivotal in developing innovative strategies for several of the world’s largest firms, covering industries such as Banking, Blockchain, Logistics, Insurance, and Manufacturing.

He also co-led Thailand’s most prestigious social enterprise conference ever, SECON 2018, hosted by the United Nations and attended by dozens of top leaders from the public and private sectors.

Max has written, coached, and judged case competitions and hackathons globally, while also working as a Presentation Coach for John Robert Powers and TV host for Disney Insider. Carl has made Thailand his home since 2011. Before joining Elite Admit in 2019, he led business development across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand for a Dutch mobile ticketing start-up.

Previously, he worked as an educational consultant, creating bespoke English language programs for Thailand’s leading corporations, universities, and future leaders, aiming to boost their global competitiveness. An accomplished public speaker, Carl has coached corporate executives throughout Thailand, helping them master the skills necessary to deliver impactful presentations in English.

In New York, Carl served as Executive Vice President at one of Broadway’s largest and most influential marketing firms. There, he led all marketing efforts, forged strategic corporate partnerships, and implemented professional development programs to enhance employee performance. One of his proudest achievements was developing a successful, hands-on educational program for students pursuing careers in the performing arts, both on and off stage.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Carl has held leadership roles throughout his career, serving on several professional boards and participating in numerous panel discussions and committees. Committed to social engagement, he has also been a trustee for a charitable foundation supporting underprivileged youth.

As an American working globally, Fernando’s 25-year career has included filmmaking, newspaper writing, management, event coordination, marketing, data analytics, and admissions consulting.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he began his career in filmmaking, holding several titles including Writer, Editor, and Director, while also developing the storytelling expertise that serves his admissions clients so well.

As a Freelance Writer for the Austin Chronicle and various online entertainment sites, he wrote articles covering local film, television, and music content in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

As the Marketing Director for the Austin Film Festival, he oversaw the marketing, advertising, and social media for the yearly film festival, its Emmy Award winning television program, and its internationally renowned podcast.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in Europe, he oversaw the content creation for several international clients of wide-ranging industries including transportation, healthcare, fashion, finance, and manufacturing.

Nick is a corporate innovation expert and writer passionate about innovation and human capital development.

He has extensive experience in corporate innovation roles, including technology investment, business development, innovation coordination, and intrapreneurship, at PTT Plc., the Thai national oil conglomerate.

In his personal mission to equip the new generation with knowledge, skills, and the right mindset to thrive in today's disruptive business world, he has consulted for dozens of aspiring top-tier engineering and business students, coached hundreds of young professionals through innovation workshops, and inspired and informed thousands with his writing.

He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in nanotechnology with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University.

Lindsey has worked as an educator for over 20 years, teaching Literature, Business English, and Critical Reading and Writing.

She has led development, recruiting, and evaluation events worldwide, with a particular focus on identifying critical thinking and reasoning skills in verbal, reading comprehension, and writing contexts, as well as how those translate to future performance in areas as diverse as cross-cultural communication, social entrepreneurship, and United Nations skills development/resettlement.

With two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Anthropology from Texas A&M University and Texas State University respectively, she is highly skilled at evaluating and improving professionals’ abilities to work effectively across borders, industries, and languages.

Tae has supported students for over 10 years, guiding them to pursue further studies in universities across the US, UK, Canada, and Thailand.

She has been involved in customizing lesson plans and capacity development for high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate students, particularly in reading and writing.

She has a double bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, and Political Science from the University of Washington, and a master's degree in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Tae is also a program manager for various social impact projects in the region.

Veronica has over 18 years of management-level multicultural marketing and strategic sales experience, working with brands such as AB-InBev, Nestle, Dell Computers, the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks.

Leveraging her BBA from Texas A&M, and Masters in Marketing from UDLAP, Veronica is a collaborative leader with proven success driving business operations, developing high-functioning team cultures, building brands, and integrating sales/marketing/digital strategies across business units.

She is also a supportive consultant for those specializing in the aforementioned areas or any creative or data-driven decision-making roles.

Mim is a senior project manager at Agoda, managing inter-company $5M/ year strategic projects from platform experimentation to process improvements. Her passion in food and technology allowed her to switch from her family business into start-up, technology companies and venture capital.

Previously she worked at Chowbus (series B food delivery in the US), MATH Venture Partners ($50B venture fund), Aon Hewitt, and her family business (current board member).

Mim also runs her own private dining with a year-long waitlist.

She received an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University.

Jinny is the Head of Exploration at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Thailand, where she leads the organization’s portfolios on sustainable business, impact investment, inclusive innovation, and governmental digital transformation.

Passionate about innovation for sustainability, Jinny has been providing technical consultations and trainings to hundreds of businesses, including listed companies and social enterprises, on how to integrate sustainability into their business activities, operations, and strategies.

Jinny holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Ashley’s career in Education began with service in the Peace Corps as a Youth Development Volunteer in Ukraine. Upon returning to the United States, she earned her Master of Education with Summa Cum Laude honors from Texas State University, becoming a certified teacher.

She has since worked worldwide for over a decade in American and International schools as a teacher, teacher trainer, and accreditation specialist. Ashley has a refined ability to educate cross-culturally, as well as a passion for helping others reach their fullest potential. This skillset allows her to serve as a world-class editor and language specialist, ensuring candidates maintain their voice and content ownership while perfecting their grammar, syntax, and narrative effectiveness.

After completing a Master of Arts in English Literature, majoring in British Renaissance Literature & Sonnet Sequences, Krishna gained over 15 years of experience in the university classrooms of America and Asia, teaching creative writing, research techniques, as well as English linguistics and literature.

In addition to degree-track courses, she taught in the International Department, helping students from abroad hone their English skills through critical thinking, cultural programs, reading, and writing.

Outside of the classroom, she put her efforts into critical analysis, engineering student-focused pedagogical techniques, as well as publishing and editing creative, analytical, and social writings.

Punpun is a full-time Social Media Analyst & Data Analyst specializing in the Retail and Beauty industries. She graduated from Ritsumeikan University in Japan and has studied abroad in both the United States and Denmark.

She has extensive experience teaching adults in Thailand and Japan, having worked for a prestigious tutoring school and as a Freelance Instructor. During her 4 years as a teacher, she has consistently empowered her students to reach their full potential as secondary English speakers.
